The Imam Turki bin Abdullah Royal Reserve Festival was a unique experience that blended heritage and nature, spanning three Saudi cities: Qiba, Turbah, and Lina. We managed the event in all its details, presenting environmental activities in Qiba that reflect the wildlife, cultural performances in Turbah that combine tradition and modernity, and in Lina, traditional markets and heritage shows that take visitors on a journey into the region’s deep history.

Our Role
The reserve festival featured diverse experiences across three cities: Qiba showcased environmental activities with local wildlife and plants, Turbah offered cultural performances blending desert traditions with a modern touch, and Leenah presented heritage shows and traditional markets. Each city highlighted its unique character, creating a comprehensive celebration of the Kingdom’s cultural and natural diversity.
Organization and Interactive Experience
Our team was committed to providing a smooth and organized experience for visitors, taking on responsibilities such as carefully coordinating daily events and programs to ensure rich and diverse content suited to each city’s character. We also focused on hospitality management by offering high-end services that reflect the authentic Saudi generosity, in addition to handling logistics to ensure visitors’ comfort and a seamless experience, with meticulous attention to every technical and administrative detail.
