NATIONAL DAY
Spanning across three Saudi cities—Qiba in Al-Qassim, Turba in Hail, and Linah in the Northern Borders—the Imam Turki bin Abdullah Royal Nature Reserve Festival was a celebration of natural beauty and rich heritage. With precise planning and execution, the event offered an exceptional experience that seamlessly combined authenticity and modernity, allowing visitors to explore Saudi Arabia’s natural environment in an interactive and enriching way.
The “AlUla Arts Festival” is an annual event held in the historic city of AlUla, serving as a platform that brings together arts and culture. The festival features both local and international artists showcasing a diverse range of artistic works. Its main goal is to highlight AlUla’s rich cultural heritage while promoting artistic exchange and creativity.
In 2024, “Souq Al Awaleen” underwent a major transformation, evolving from a celebration of Najdi heritage alone into a comprehensive festival representing all five regions of Saudi Arabia. This shift highlights the country’s rich cultural diversity, making the market a platform that brings together the traditions of the north, south, east, west, and central regions. Each area features a dedicated space reflecting its unique character through traditional clothing, arts, cuisine, and cultural customs, creating a vibrant and immersive experience.
In 2023, “Souq Al Awaleen” emerged as an innovative idea blossoming in the heart of Riyadh, marking the dawn of a new era of events celebrating rich cultural heritage. Through a fruitful collaboration between “The Gathering” and “Rafeeh,” the seed of “Souq Al Awaleen” was planted, quickly growing into a symbol of Najdi heritage and a festival of authenticity and generosity.
In the heart of Riyadh Season, “Winter Wonderland” opens its doors for the first time, taking visitors on an enchanting journey into a captivating winter world. Here, winter dreams become a tangible reality, filled with creative ideas and unique experiences that bring warmth and joy.
In 2018, Saudi Arabia witnessed an extraordinary event as it hosted the Formula E race for the first time in history, in Diriyah, one of the most prominent heritage sites in the Kingdom. This event not only highlighted electric car racing but also provided an opportunity to present Saudi culture and heritage to the world.
